Hi OBI developers,

I was looking at ticket 723 submitted by Janos, and noticed the
following 2 issues:

1/ Chromosome Conformation Capture Assay /Circularized Chromosome
Conformation Capture Assay

I remember creating those when working with Marcus Chibucos on
integrating with ECO. We used a qTT for it but the classes are absent
from OBI. I'll check the logs to see when these have been lost.

2/ Mass Spectrometry Assay , 2D DIGE, SDS-PAGE:

We may want to liaise/reach out PSI-MS here as this is their scope, and
they provide a fairly extensive CV (not in OWL though).

some requested terms have been deprecated by PSI-MS

3/some other terms are already defined in CHMO
