Some changes on the plan.
Moved some stuff that had crept into obi.owl into relations
Made instances of data format specification, to make a point
Cleaned up hierarchy of denrie, hoping for the best.
Dithered about information_entity's name being "plan". I think I haven't succeeded yet.
