[Oaiarc-developer] ARC Harvester Project Still Active?

Is the OAIARC Harvester project still active?

We are looking for an institution-wide OAI harvester and search engine, but=
 I cannot get the 1.0 version of this software to work in a Tomcat 5.5.15 i=
nstance. There also seems to be little traffic on project since last year.

Is this still a viable project?

If not, can another recommend an OAI harvester and search engine that can b=
e run for an entire institution?
