[Nyquist-users] RE: New Nyquist version available.

I omitted a file from the previously announced release. In the process of
fixing it, I updated my machine to use Visual Studio 2005 and Java 1.5,
which raised a number of additional, but small issues. Everything on
http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~music/nyquist is now up-to-date. If you didn't have
Java 1.5 before, you'll need it now for the Nyquist IDE. Note that I elected
not to change and recompile all the documentation with a new version number
(admittedly a poor practice). Let me know if you find any problems.
