In my Microsoft SDKS\windows folder, there are v7.1a, v8.0 and v8.0a
folders.
Please make sure to use the 32bit version of the installer.
Furthermore I found a Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0 folder in programm
files (x86).
If this isn't working for you, I don't know what to do.
