We'll release an official announcement shortly. Despite the fact that many things do work, we're actually recommending that most users do *not* upgrade, as right now, they have to use snapshots. Even once NVDA 2015.3 is released, there are still major problems, most notably with Edge (including modern apps). There's also a major bug in the Windows 10 install process that means a blind user often can't do the upgrade without sighted assistance and this is not yet fixed.
