This is increasingly the issue with software companies.They seem to not want 
you to talk to them except through the online web interface which often 
involves the dreaded wobbly writing  stupidity.
 I assume there is no contact in their documentation?

Do they have a forum?


If a company is hard to get  a response from I tend to vote with my feet, 
unless its Microsoft, where its a bit difficult!
