Yes. The problem is that NVDA doesn't know those symbols. I am afraid we can't add them right now since we are in the language freeze stage before the final release of NVDA 2009.1. But after that great day i hope we will be able to put hands onto enhancing of NVDA punctuation stuff (including the addition of more symbols). Unfortunately, i don't know a way to help you right now besides running NVDA from source and manually modifying of characterSymbols.py. If you are happy with this way, let us know and i will help you to do according modifications. Feel free to open appropriate ticket as well. |
