I can only start nvtv one time, once closed the card is not
detected anymore and the message null chip create appears.
I have a Gforce 3 and this probleme occured with all nvtv version
since 4.3
I have this problem also on a Gforce 2 MX 400. Just like
yours, it only works the first time. Version 4.2 works fine
