[Nuweb-users] suggestion: switch html generation to tex4ht

I struggled quite a bit recently to get decent looking html generated with latex2html. While it works fine in many cases it seemed to struggle
with what I consider to be pretty normal things, like latex macros. Some research led me to tex4ht, along with make4ht, which handled whatever I could throw at it and produced some very nice looking html from nuweb generated latex. Also, for what it's worth, tex4t seems to be much more up to date to date than latex2html.
