Excel Spreadsheet to help runners reach their body weight goals. Read the notes in the spreadsheet to begin. Initially, a couple of cells need to be changed, e.g. height and gender, in order to calculate your basal metabolic rate.

Suggested times to weigh yourself are once in the morning, and once before a run or before dinner meal. It's not recommended to record body weight after a meal because it will skew the weight high or after a run because dehydration will skew the weight low.
