I have the same problem. I'm trying to install this on Vista which has:

    v1.0.3705
    v1.1.4322
    v2.0.50727
    v3.0

I also already have NUnit installed (2.4.1).

I've installed this on my XP laptop no problem which has the same .NET Framework versions installed but didn't already have NUnit installed.

Is there an issue with Vista or with already having another version of NUnit already installed?

I am having the same problem. I have Windows XP Pro - have NUnit 2.4.1 installed. I tried uninstalling that and installing NunitAsp first - still get the same error - the installer won't continue unless I have this older beta version of .NET framework 2.0
