#29 v0.4.94 no longer reports skipped tests

Create a test fixture with some tests marked as ignore.
Run the tests using the addin. The output does not give
any indication of which or how many tests were skipped.

This should be fixed in NUnitAddin-0.6.207.msi. Could you
confirm so I can close the issue?
