[Numpy-discussion] initializing new ufuncs

Hi,

I'm writing some new ufuncs, and I'm wondering where I can insert some
initialization and finalization code for each ufunc invocation.  I can
see where it would go in the generated code, but I don't know how to do
it through the code generation API.
