#521 Enhance the 'cmp()' function

Enhance the cmp() function with the possibility to search for the first occurence of a value, which corresponds to a given condition (instead of the one, which is nearest).

Analysis:

All instances of the cmp() function will feature four new evaluation types: +/-3 to find the index of the first value, which is larger/smaller than the compared value and +/-4 for its actual value.
