Commit [r531]  Maximize  Restore  History

- Improved new indices

- changed internal behavior to inclusive indices
- enabled vectorial index access on "string()"
- removed "push_back()"-like effect of "string()". Instead, one now has to use the correct index syntax using "nlines" and "ncols"
