Viking Here:
In league admin/preferences, I click on Defaults for Right
Blocks, but am taken to a blank page,
also, I can customize upcoming games, but is it not
available that If i am in a certain league I can view in a
block that leagues upcoming games and no other
leagues>?
Or if from the main index page in a block, could it be
setup so that itll read the next 1 or 2 games upcoming
from all the leagues?

On my machine, when I click on the "Customize Right Blocks"
I don't get a blank page. I assume that is what you mean.
Can't reproduce.
As for Next League Game, when you go to select the League,
select all the leagues that you want to include in that
block by holding down the either ctrl or shift key (can't
remember) and highlight all the leagues you wanted included
in the block. See if that gives you what you want.
