#63 Text confusion
One of our folks was confused by the statement:
right-click and choose "save as" to download to .csv file
under
NM/LM Intranet > Manage Classes > View Registrations by Class
The popup only offers "Save file type as" as either "Text document" or "All Files". Maybe a better wording might be
right-click and choose "save as" to download .csv file under text document
or something along those lines. They thought they had to keep changing the drop-down option from "Text document" to "All Files"for the .csv file to save properly.
What pops up on the right click menu varies by browser and operating system. I agree that the current wording is a bit confusing. I'm looking into a better solution that will allow people to download an actual excel .xls file format and skip the save as csv step altogether. In the meantime will make the current wording more generalized to help avoid confusion.
