nstcl's goal is to provide a compatible set of APIs to
AOLserver and ACS/OpenACS. The functions with ! and ? in
their names are from the ACS. Renaming would break the API
compatibilty.
However, these are among the least used (and imo least
important) of the APIs implemented.
I think, in the next release, I'll rename the doc files
(.html, .n, etc.) or change them in the .tgz and have the
installer rename them if the platform is *nix and not
Windows.
