Can't find it anywhere. GSAD was not installed and Fedora showed that there should be openvas-cli and openvas-client packages also but they were not installed of which I was able to install the cli but yum could not find client package. Clearly I'm missing something here.

This should get you going. Though I'm not real happy about the redis.conf mod (it might be better to set the permissions to 770 and add the OpenVAS related user accounts to the redis group).
