The latest controls requirements list was emailed to everyone. Please review and point out any errors or omissions. We still don't really have anyone working on the Bumper Stop/Lock in Place/Control Descend ("Brake System") problem that could be mechanical, electronic or mechatronic although Aaron, Matt, Steve and Trevor have all bumped into elements of it already. Also I tenatively identified Aaron as our 'ground controller' for the Trumpf WinLas/8KW laser interface for now since, he has the most experience with industrial lasers and essentially wrote our Laser Safety document (that OK for now, Aaron?)...... read more
