A new focus on custom development of a laser ground station has begun within the NSS Space Elevator group after almost a year of in-activity due to the acquistion of a commerical tracking system that may now not be available anymore (since the competition is finally scheduled again - back in California instead of Florida, or so it seems at this point)...
