#2 String name key for project.

Can the project include a strong name key so that it is
easier to upgrade later.

Alan,

It sounds like a good idea. I am going to make a beta version
of 1.2 available very soon-- tonight I finished adding mutex
support to the FileLogger class, so that multiple processes
can write to the same file. I am about ninety percent done
with the configuration code, and then I will make the build
available.

I have to confess that this will be the first time I've signed
something with a strong name, so I don't even understand
how this will make things easier for upgrading. I know how to
use sn.exe, I just need to do a little reading so that I
understand the reasons behind everything. Thanks a lot for
the suggestion.
