-Wl,--no-insert-timestamp is an option needed to build reproducibly.

I am attaching a patch written many years ago by my colleagues (either by Nicolas Vigier, or by Georg Koppen).

NSIS 3.06.1 added an Epoch option for reproducible builds, original ticket here: https://sourceforge.net/p/nsis/patches/294/.
