#467 Support for non-bitmapped checkboxes on component page

Component page needs an option to use real checkboxes from operating system instead of images. Modern.bmp looks OK on default Windows XP when using default DPI, but it looks wrong everywhere else. Would be also nice if native look could get hot tracking effects from OS (highlight effect follows mouse).

Yes it's very important. Make Checkboxes and RadioBoxes bob-bmp, its important for RB..
