its very usefull to have time stamp at each line of
install.log - this way the user can know exactly
where and when installer has problems.

I've got the feature implemented, but am waiting for CVS to
go back online. I've added another compilation flag called
NSIS_CONFIG_LOG_TIMESTAMP to enable it.
