#196 Firewall settings

Idea for feature:

Give developer possibility to descripe addresses and
ports that his programm uses/needs and deliver the list
to firewall software.

AFAIK any firewall is supporting installing system or
visa versa, but setting up fw correctly is PITA and
hopefully it could change soon.

"firewall is supporting" should be "isn't" ("doesn't" ;) )

should be implemented as a firewall control plugin, not in
NSIS itself, because the firewall only exists on systems
with WinXP SP2 and only if the user did not install a 3rd
party firewall.
