#767 LangDLL auto select with only 1 language

The LangDLL should auto select the passed in language if there is only 1 language passed in.

e.g.:
LangDLL:LangDialog "title" "info" AC "English" 1033 0 ""
Pop $0

There should be no pop-up to select a language, just return 1033.
