Look at \Program Files\NSIS\Contrib\Modern
UI\Language files\Belarusian.nsh file.
Line 11 contains :
!define MUI_LANGNAME "Byelorussian" ;
Please replace "Byelorussian" to "Belarusian".
Now "Installer Language" shows "Byelorussian" in the
list of languages. See Snap1.png

That is the name the official translator chose to display.
It's probably an approximation of how you really pronounce
the name of the language. Why should it be changed?

Historical information:
Early our country was the part of USSR and named
as "Byelorussia". It's was the transcription of the language
name from Russian to French and than to English.
USSR crashed. Our country have got official name "Belarus".
It's name should be used in English officialy.
In this moment the mess appeared.
Different linguists solved the language name different
according the rules. For example, english linguists of Russia
write "Belorussia" and "Belorussian" in english or store the
old variant. Russia does not agree with new name of country.
Russia has profound effect on still not established language
name. I have the fresh Oxford student's dictionary of english
where the language named as "Belorussian". It's translation
from Russian to English.
I am a not linguist and offer to use the "Belarusian" because
it's established variant in official govenvent's documents. For
example, look at the official president site.
http://president.gov.by/eng/gov/
Moreover, NSIS already has Belarusian.nsh , Belarusian.nlf.
You can see other variants except listed
above : "Belorussian", "Belarussian", "Belarusan". Full
mishmash!
