I’ have installed NSClient++0.2.1 with the command line
“NSClient++.exe –install”. After I’ run the services
with the command line “NSClient++.exe –run”. The
service is correctly installed and running. My problem
is when I look the opened ports. The ports 12489 and
5666 aren't open (I look with the command line netstat
-an). Thus when I’ test a nagios command used
nsclient++, it doesn’t works. For information I use the
base config file.

Have you configured NSClient ? (My guess is you have not
enabled any modules look in nsc.ini under [modules] and
remove the ; infront of the services you want to use. This
is "by design" to increase security as to not have things
    open by default.

In future versions (say 2-3 weeks) therw will be a
configuration wizard that helps prevet this behaviour).
