#54 Table modification not possible

Dear surfvite,
I had to make some modifications in one of my tables so I did, rename some fields and delete some fields, so far so good
but when I save the modifications the progressbar will light up green till about 30%
after that there will be a message box and another message box. (see attached)
There is no data in the modified fields.
What am I doing wrong...

Dear surfvite,
the scenario is as follows:

rightclick on a table and choose edit
the table has two fields: id and Groep1
change the label of the field from Groep1 to Groep1A
click on Save
then the first pop-up will shown (as mentioned on the word file)
after clicking OK, the second pop-up will shown (as mentioned on the word file)
after clicking OK, I rightclick on the TAB tblGroepen1 and choose for close
finaly I do not confirm saving changes
the table will close.

this will happen to all of my tables.

Strange thing, when I make a new table everything goes well till the click on Save, then also the pop-ups will shown.

Hi,
I tested your scenario exactly without any difficulty, I cannot reproduce your incident.
I think your table is linked to another, I need the whole database.
Send me your base so that I can understand and resolve this incident
