Download video/audio from tv.nrk.no, radio.nrk.no, nrk.no/skole and
www.nrk.no. Creates mp4 or mkv video files with embedded subtitles and
chapters where available.

This is a simple script that combines known techniques for Akamai/Adobe HDS download with various video tools.

You will need to know your way around a command line / terminal interface.

Requires: Perl, PHP, AdobeHDS.php and FFmpeg (or Libav's avconv).
Recommended: MP4Box (GPAC), mkvmerge (MKV ToolNix) and MediaInfo.
