#64 problems with an invalid server certificate

Since a couple of days NppFTP has problems (or rather my hoster, I guess) with an invalid certificate when I try to connect using FTPES (explicit) with password authentification. I get a warning asking if I will accept it anyway (cf screenshot.png). If I do, a proper connection ist established. However, after closing and restarting notepad++, I get a popup saying "unknown exception", and clicking on the NppFTP icon doesn't open its window anymore. I have to delete \plugins\Config\NppFTP\Certificates.xml to get it working again. I wonder if this is related to heartbleed/OpenSSL, maybe my hoster did something wrong trying to fix things.

I don't have this problem with FileZilla--the screenshot gives more information on the certificate and my hoster.
