#245 Plugin "NppExternalLexers.dll" offered by Plugin Manager causing NPP to exit before GUI drawn.

I've been trialling NPP (6.6.7) a few days and tried to install NppExternalLexers.dll (Powershell lexer I think?).

Result - NPP startup failed, shuts down without visible error before any GUI is drawn.

Don't know if this is the right place to report it, but if the plugin isn't fixed it probably shouldn't be offered by the Plugin Manager?

Experiencing this as well, continues to happen in 6.7.5.

This is also happenig to me on v6.9.2 - Windows 10 64bit, default fresh install, no additonal plugins.
