People in the 'Users' group are allowed to create pages, but can't, because they're not allowed to edit pages (only 'editor' and 'admin' currently can edit pages).
No, seems like the default settings by SF, they also seem to have disabled most MediaWiki default groups, then introduced two of their own (i,e. editor & admin). however, without write access (?) to 'LocalSettings.php', admins can only change users rights one at a time.
I'll grant all currently registered users 'editor' access for now, until we figure out a better way.
