[Notion-devel] patch for notion-doc

Hi,

here is small patch for notion-doc makefile. It contains mostly
dependency fixes, but take attention to

cat $< | sed 's|UTF8_STRING|UTF8\\_STRING|' >$@

at the end of this patch. Probably it should be fixed in another way
in ioncore.

I agree: EXTL_DOC should be valid TeX to begin with. Fixed that in property.c
