[Notion-general] gnucash gtk2/gtk3: windows on top of windows

Hi!

I've recently upgraded gnucash to 3.1, now with proper GTK3 support.

Since then, I notice that some Windows pop up on top of the gnucash
main window instead of as a separate window, with no way that I can
see to access the lower window, which is highly annoying e.g. for
reconciliation.

Any ideas what could cause this or what to do about this?
