[Notion-general] debian menu

I'm using Notion in Debian.
For some 4 years if I remember I've never seen a functioning 'Debian' part of the menu. That's obviously
regardless of whether I use old-school of query-menus. (btw I'm using oldschool). So there's "Debian" part of it, which remains empty.
I could envision it beeing useful. I fired up Awesome WM today (I do it every now and then to refresh its config files or if comparing with Notion) and it had this menu functional, which actually led me to rediscovering an application I forgot I had installed...
