[Notion-general] statusd_linuxbatt.lua for newer linux kernels

I know I'm probably late to the party, but linux deprecated the /proc
based battery API a few years ago and since my recent dist-upgrade the
deprecated /proc facilities have been removed.

I've updated it to use the new /sys based interface.
