[Notion-devel] manpage / non-UTF8 encoding issue

Hi folks,

I finally figured out why the manpages were coming out as some odd 
encoding and not UTF8, even though notion.cs.in and notion.fi.in are 
UTF8. It turns out po/cs.po and po/fi.po were in ISO-8859-1. Converting 
them to UTF8 fixed the problem. Changes are in the fedora_man_utf8 
branch at:
