I have 2 different monitors connected, a 24" and 30" and use this xrandr
statement in my .Xession file which may help you:
xrandr --output DVI-1 --primary --mode 2560x1600 --rate 60 --right-of
DVI-0
You'll have to adjust accordingly for your setup to see if something
similar can work for you.
