[Notion-general] Welcoming Philipp Hartwig to the Notion team

Hello Notioners,

I'm pleased to announce we've added Philipp Hartwig (aopicier) to the Notion 
team. Philipp has been a regular contributor for some time now and I'm happy
to see him officially joining the team.

In the near future we'd like to do another official release (among other 
things, we have some nice multihead improvements lined up), which we hope to 
do more regularly in the future.

As we've converted the git repository to use submodules, it is now easier to 
build notion from git, so we won't be releasing development snapshots anymore,
just more regular proper releases.
