[Notion-general] Changing titlebar color on the fly

Hello!

I'm trying to figure out  how to change color cheme on the fly, but without
any results,
so I'm asking for help. What I want to do is implement titlebar color
change on language toggle (I'm using mod_xkb).

Can someone give me some directions how to do this?
