[Notion-general] Default keybindings overview

Hi,

I've always found the Notion keyboard commands documentation a bit hard to 
digest. Also, the multihead bindings use both Mod1+Shift as a prefix, which is
quite painful to use in my experience.

I've created a page which presents the keybindings organized in a way that 
seems a bit closer to the users' experience, and came up with some new 
multihead keybindings.
