[Notion-general] thunderbird attention to background?

Hi!

When running thunderbird, it sometimes pops up a window to remind you
of stuff. That's fine, but I don't want it popping up in the
foreground, it should pop up in the background (perhaps with a red
title bar, like firefox's download window when it has finished a
download) so it doesn't steal focus from what I'm currently working
on.

Is there a way to do that?
