Awesome. As there was no other feedback I'll push the proposed change soon.
After that FF should do the right thing in 3 of the 4 described cases. When
the patch is accepted this should be 4/4. 

Also indeed it might be good to have some general procedure to suppress/ignore
cetrain features (like reading/writing ewmh fullscreen info) per winprop.
