[Notion-general] Possible window resizing bug

Something on my system isn't working right. Since I'm using a custom
patched notion, can I get someone else to verify this before I file a bug?

1. Start gedit.
2. Drag the widget in the bottom-right corner and try to resize the
window (this is the evil triangular resize widget belonging to the app,
not the window decoration).
--> results in something grabbing the mouse and not letting go. Killing
gedit from the console fixes this.

I can duplicate this in both framed and floating windows.
