[Notion-devel] utils/ion-completefile/ion-completefile.c license violation

Hi,

Looks like utils/ion-completefile/ion-completefile.c is licensed under a 
variant of the 4-clause BSD license, which afaics is incompatible with both 
the GPL, the LGPL and the Notion license. 

While this might not be an urgent issue (after all, the code has been in there
for more than 10 years now), we should fix this. 

Probably by ripping this code out and replacing it with new completion code.
