Certainly: the tex sources are in their own sf.net git repo at 
http://notion.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=notion/notion-doc;a=tree

I guess we should have a commithook or somesuch somewhere that regenerates
and uploads the docs when they're updated, and the documents should contain
a 'get the latest version of this document here'-link to the site and git 
repo.
