#49 UTF-8 characters displaying browser title

I am using Archlinux, and have compiled the up-to-date notion source (as of Sat May 12 21:01:09 CST 2012) with the following line uncommented:
DEFINES += -DCF_DE_USE_XUTF8
However, either uncomment or not I cannot get my title displayed properly.

Below is the reproducing procedure:
1. Open google chrome (or whatever browser) and surf to http://jandan.net
2. The glyph of the first two full-width characters of the page title should be the same as attachment
